An international company sending an employee to work in the Netherlands
The Netherlands is a hub of entrepreneurship and is home to a thriving business network. One international company is looking to get involved in this by expanding its operations to the Amsterdam Area. To better explore the market, the company would like to send an employee to work from the Netherlands for a limited time. However, to facilitate this, this team member must possess a Dutch work permit. As the company is based outside the EU, with no current business or other entities in the Netherlands, it is unable to provide this for the employee.
Employer of record
Employor has helped many companies in this position. Acting as an employer of record, Employor can arrange a work permit for international talent employing the company’s employee as its own. For a limited time, they become an official employee of Employor, while in practice still working for the client company. During this time, Employor takes care of all employment requirements, from contracts and payroll to tax requirements and salary payments.
